Refund & Return

You can return any item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and unworn.

We accept return for damage item. 

To return an item, simply follow these steps:

1. Contact us at support@hipstang.com to request a return authorization.
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
3. Include a copy of your return authorization and your order packing slip in the package.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 3-5 business days. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
